Summer Hours for Weight
Room:
The weight room will be open 6 days a week; twice a day. Not to showing up in the weight room due to time is not an option. Saturday will be the only the weight room is closed.

During the Summer months we expect
you to be in OUR weight room at least four days a week. Home Gyms/Thrive/Navy Gym do not count!!!! We are a team and our season begins in June, you wouldn't miss a practice don't miss the weight room sessions.
You will be expected to use the program that has been designed by Coach Allen. Please see a coach in order to get a copy of the workout.
You will be expected to be at a certain percentage of workouts (TBD by coaches) during the summer. Failure to do this will result in extra conditioning when the season begins. Those that do make the requirement will receive a reward.
Whenever you are not in season
with another sport you are expected to be in the weight room after
school at least four days a week. Take the P. E. class - Weight
Training and Conditioning whenever possible and then take it again.
We need to encourage athletes to stay strong and flexible year-round.
This class should be offered all day to help athletes avoid injuries.
