BEI Workshop, Spokane CC & WSU, 2008

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from The Evergreen State College in 2002. I took some time off from school before going back in 2005 to earn my Secondary Science Teaching Credential from CSU, Long Beach.

I am glad to be back in Washington on beautiful Whidbey Island and teaching at OHHS.

In my spare time I love to go to the beach, hike, camp, and read.

The Trailblazers are a group of students dedicated to blazing trails around the Island and the world! If you are interested in hiking, beachcombing, learning about strange and exotic animals, or traveling to the Galapagos in 2011, this is the club for you!

NOTICE: Weekly meetings have been changed to bi-montly meetings. We will now meet on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.

NEXT MEETING: Next year! Make sure that Ms. Templin has your contact information for the summer. We may meet in July or August.

Art & Science Opportunity... UW is offering a Natural Science Illustration Certification program. It is a 9-month evening program for those interested in illustrating nature. For more information, check out the website.
