Registrar's Office

The Registrar's Office, located within the Career & Counseling Center, is responsible for the enrollment and withdrawal of students as well as the maintenance of academic records.

Please note: There is also an Oak Harbor High School in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Please make sure you have the correct school.

Request a Transcript

To request a transcript, please fill out the following form. Once you've filled out the form, please submit the payment. Current students receive transcripts free of charge. For all others, a fee of $5 will be charged for each official transcript. The fee for each Education/Graduation Verification is $5. Submit payment by cash, money order, or check, or use your debit/credit card online with e-funds after you fill out the form. Please make the check payable to Oak Harbor High School and allow 3-5 business days for requests to be processed. 

eFunds as a Guest

If you are paying for a transcript(s) or other services that don't require Skyward Family access you may still use e-Funds to complete the purchase.  

1. Go to e-Funds
2. Click on the item you would like to pay for (transcripts, golf tournaments etc)
3. Click on "Continue as Guest"
4. Change the amount to the correct billing payment
5. Add additional information if necessary
6. Click on "Check Out"
7. Select your form of payment
8. Follow the prompts and print your receipt
