Friday Night Lights

Friday Night Lights

Friday Night Lights occurs the Friday before graduation, at 7 p.m. This is a community-wide celebration, with the stadium and emergency vehicles lights on, staff celebrating, music, and a few other surprises. The procession kicks off at 7 p.m. from the staging area along SE Bayshore Drive. The cruise will travel along Pioneer, up Midway, down Whidbey Avenue and concluding at Oak Harbor High School. We encourage seniors to decorate cars and dress in Wildcat Spirit Gear.

Friday Night Lights is a drive-thru event, which will include a police escort through town before ending at Oak Harbor High School. Participation in the processional is strictly for seniors and their families and each vehicle must have a senior present. Other students and community members are encouraged to line the streets along Pioneer Way to celebrate our graduates. Please remain in your vehicles throughout the event and do not park or congregate before, after, or during the evening.
