Parent Teacher Conferences
November 7th & 8th - No School
If you would like a virtual appointment, Skyward conference scheduler will be open for parents from October 24th, 8:00 am to November 5th, 4:00 pm. Teachers will be sending out Google Meets for conferences on November 6th for those families who made their request in Skyward . You may also request a phone call instead of a virtual meeting.
For those who wish for an in-person meeting, no appointment is needed! Please see Sessions 2-3 on Thursday afternoon/evening. Bring your student's schedule if you can.
For easy access to the Gym, please park in the student parking lot and enter through the Wildcat Way doors.
Thursday, we will have 3 sessions:
Session 1 - 9:00 to 11:00 am Virtual Only
Session 2 - 12:00 to 4:00 pm Arena Style (GYM)
Session 3 - 5:00 to 7:00 pm Arena Style (GYM)
Our offices will be closed after 4:00 pm & for
Lunch and dinner breaks (11:00-12:00 & 4:00-5:00)
Friday, we will have 1 session:
Session 4 - 7:30-11:30 am Virtual Only

Yearbook Information
The 2024/25 Yearbook will be available for pre-order only. Don't miss out! Yearbooks can be paid for in the ASB Cashier's Office. Cash, Check and Cards are accepted. Yearbooks can also be purchased online through Skyward/e~funds.
Cost: $50
Timeframe: November 1st thru November 30th, 2024
The pre-ordered yearbooks will be available for pick-up at the Yearbook Distribution Event on June 2, 2025 (tentatively). Detailed information to follow in Spring 2025.
How to Purchase a Yearbook Online
1. Login to Skyward
2. Select “Fee Management”
3. Select “Make a Payment” next to student name
4. Select Pay for Optional Fees
5. Login to e~Funds for Schools or Continue as Guest. (Student/Family ID is the “Other ID” listed under Student Info in Skyward.

To report an absence please call the attendance line at (360) 279-5803 or email at ohhsattendance@ohsd.net. If your student is going to miss three or more days of school, please pick up an attendance contract from the OHHS Attendance Office.

Costumes must meet our dress code and provide you with appropriate bodily coverage. Faces must always be fully visible and recognizable (masks may not be worn). Costumes that conceal a person's identity or are disruptive will not be allowed. No inflatable costumes. No weapons real or fake.
